Rites Held For Chradwick Junior White

  Chradwick Junior White son of James Henry White and Margaret Bell-White, was born on May 8, 1991 at Southside Regency Medical Center, Petersburg, Virginia.

  He departed this life on November 12, 2012 at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia, after a long illness. At an early age, he started attending Rosebud Baptist Church, Dundas, Virginia. He received his education in Lunenburg County Public Schools. He graduated from Central Senior High School in 2009, and later continued his education at Southside Virginia College, Keysville, Virginia.

  CJ was a sweet loving person who loved baseball, wrestling, race cars, his dogs (Toby/Diego) and cat (Whitie). His favorite football team was New England Patriot. His favorite song was “I Made It Home,” by Gary Mason and the Spiritual Wonders.

  Chradwick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas Henry White, Herbert Bell and Eula Bell.

  He leaves to mourn a loving devoted father and mother, James and Margaret White; a devoted grandmother, Mary Elizabeth White; aunts, Patricia Watkins, Mary Burns (Thomas) of Kenbridge, Virginia, Carolyn Coleman (Wilbert) of Blackstone, Virginia, Annie Hicks, Gaynell Bruce (Charle), JoeAnn Baskerville of Alberta, Virginia; uncles, Thomas White, John White (Wanda), Robert White of Kenbridge, Virginia, Herbert Bell (Maude) of Alberta, Virginia; great-aunts, Rosa Lee White of Kenbridge, Virginia, Susie Edmonds of Blackstone, Virginia, Bernice Gilliam of Norfolk, VA, Nellie Bell and Constance Mosely of Richmond, Virginia; two devoted cousins, Chradwick Burns and Willie Watkins, Jr., who was with him from the beginning to the end, and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends; two devoted friends, Harris and Sue Cox; two devoted care keepers, Amanda Lynn and Miki Baird.

  Funeral services were conducted Saturday, November 17, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Rosebud Baptist Church with Rev. Waverly E. Brown, Pastor. Interment was in the church cemetery.
